Traditional sand grains have an irregular surface that causes skin friction and fiber wear. Saltex BioFlex Eco features a biodegradable cellulose-based treatment that smooths out the sharp edges and cavities of the mineral (sand), enhancing player comfort and reducing fiber wear. This unique treatment minimizes skin friction, making the material highly suitable as infill for artificial turf systems used in football.

High Weight - Reduced Migration

Thanks to its high weight, Saltex BioFlex Eco minimizes splash and migration to negligible levels, while improving fiber support compared to infill with lower weight. Saltex BioFlex Eco combines the properties of traditional two-layer infill systems (sand + granules) into one, providing stability and excellent performance. Additionally, Saltex BioFlex Eco is recyclable within a closed-loop system, and the Monofill concept facilitates recycling.
